What are the shipping costs?

We offer Free Freight for orders of $750 and above. Under $750, shipping costs are invoiced based on the actual costs incurred.

What comes in a box?

Our products are all-inclusive. Depending on the model, the package will include candle wax for gears, sandpaper, rubber bands, and clear colorful step-by-step assembly instructions.

Can I buy from ArtVenture?

ArtVenture only sells wholesale to many retailers. If you wish to buy only one product retail, contact us and we will provide you with the list of our retail partners.

What is the delivery time?

We shipped to our retail partners between 4 and 7 business days.

What are the products made of?

The EcoWoodArt products are made of birch plywood, and eco-friendly sustainable material FSC*-certified wood.

Can the products be painted? 

Yes, the products can be painted, after assembly. We recommend using thin water-based paints such as watercolor, in order not to disturb the intricate gears and mechanism.

Do I need any tools?

The boxes contain all-required components, including sometimes a small wooden tool to push pieces out the plate. Depending on the model you may need a utility knife, and tweezers. Use extra cautions with the sharp blade and retract the blade fully after use.

Are these products for children?

Our products are made for children 14 years and older. We recommend assembling them with the supervision of an adult.
